How does the Debriefs trunks subscription work?
The trunks subscription sends one fresh pair of Debriefs trunks each month. Choose an available colour and size when you subscribe, then Debriefs schedules the next pair automatically. You can manage the subscription from your customer account instead of placing a new order every month.
What do I receive with the trunks subscription?
Each monthly shipment contains one pair of Debriefs trunks with a short 5 cm inseam. The trunks use the same lightweight, durable blend of 94% genuine LENZING MicroModal and 6% elastane as the one-off product, with a horizontal fly, 3D contoured pouch, four-way stretch and a label-free waistband designed not to roll.
How much does the trunks subscription cost?
For Australian subscriptions, each monthly pair costs $28 and includes free shipping within Australia.
How often is the trunks subscription sent and charged?
The subscription runs monthly. Your customer account shows the next scheduled order, billing date, saved delivery details and current subscription price. Make any change before the next order is processed if you want it to apply to that shipment.
Can I choose or change the colour, size or style in my trunks subscription?
Yes. Choose a colour and size when starting the subscription, then use the subscription area of your customer account to manage the options available for the next order. You can edit your style, colour or size at any stage. Availability is shown for the selected variant before purchase. If the change you want is not available in your account, contact Debriefs for help.
Are the subscription trunks short-leg and designed not to ride up?
Yes. The subscription contains the same trunks sold on the one-off product page. They have a short 5 cm inseam, reinforced hems and four-way stretch fabric designed to resist ride-up and bunching. The short leg also uses less fabric under fitted trousers, suits and shorts.
Can I skip a month or cancel the trunks subscription?
Yes. You can skip an upcoming order, edit the subscription or cancel it through the subscription area of your customer account. There is no long-term lock-in. Make the change before the next scheduled order is processed.
Is shipping free for a trunks subscription?
Shipping is free for Debriefs subscriptions delivered within Australia. International shipping charges depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Orders are processed on the same business day or within one business day, with tracking supplied when the parcel ships. See the current shipping information for delivery estimates.
Can I give a trunks subscription as a gift?
Yes. Create the subscription account, keep the billing details under your control and enter the recipient's address for delivery. The purchaser can then manage the monthly orders through that subscription account.
Do returns and guarantees apply to subscription trunks?
The First Pair Guarantee does not apply to subscription purchases. Eligible ordinary returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and the pair must be unworn, unopened and in its original packaging. The 52-wash guarantee covers qualifying fabric and waistband defects, including loose stitching, within 52 washes or 12 months. It excludes pilling, general wear, improper use and improper care, with a maximum of two approved pairs per customer in any 12-month period. See the full guarantee terms.
