If you're not satisfied with your first pair of Debriefs, you can keep them. Just let us know and we'll either refund you or send you out a new pair free of charge.
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: This guarantee applies to one pair of worn Debriefs per customer.
- Not eligible on subscription products.
- Time Frame: All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds and Exchanges: You can either choose a refund or an exchange, but not both. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Replacement Shipping: If you choose a new pair of Debriefs, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
- Claim Process: To initiate a claim, please submit a request on the returns page with your order details and an explanation of your dissatisfaction.
