All Debriefs underwear products purchased from debriefs.com.au come with our 52 wash guarantee. It covers any defect on the fabric and the waistband, which includes holes, tears, and loss of elasticity in the waistband.

The 52 wash guarantee does not cover any defects caused by improper use, defects caused by improper care, pilling, and general wear and tear.

Items that meet warranty eligibility can request a free replacement within 12 months from the date of purchase.  Proof of purchase and photo evidence of the defect must be provided when submitting a warranty request. All requests are subject to review by Debriefs warranty team. Warranty claims are limited to a maximum of 3 per 12-month period, per customer.
