All Debriefs underwear products purchased from debriefs.com.au come with our 52-wash guarantee. It covers defects in the fabric or waistband, including holes, tears, loose stitching and loss of waistband elasticity.

The 52-wash guarantee does not cover defects caused by improper use, improper care, pilling or general wear and tear.

Items that meet warranty eligibility can receive a free replacement within 52 washes or 12 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and photo evidence of the defect must be provided when submitting a warranty request. All requests are subject to review by the Debriefs warranty team. Warranty claims are limited to a maximum of two pairs per customer in any 12-month period.
