1. What size undies are right for me?
There is a product sizing guide on each product page.
In between sizes?
If you prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up. If you prefer a snugger fit, size down.
If you’re still unsure of what size to buy, please email us at email@example.com so we can ensure you get the perfect fit.
2. How should I care for my Debriefs?
To ensure the longevity of your Debriefs, machine wash them on cold and delicate, and tumble dry with low heat.
Please do not iron, bleach or dry clean.
For maximum performance, please hand wash with cold water, and lay flat to dry.
This will help to protect the soft Micromodal fibres and overall construction of the garment.
When in doubt, please follow the washing instructions printed on the inside back panel of your Debriefs.
3. What are Debriefs made of?
Debriefs are 94% Micromodal and 6% Elastane. The Micromodal is what gives Debriefs that soft, silky feel, and the Elastane provides the right amount of stretch to ensure they hug your body perfectly.
4. How are Debriefs made?
We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure we work with sustainable and natural materials where ever we can as we’re committed to doing our bit for the environment.
The process of making our Micromodal starts in Austria where our factory, Lenzing, extracts pulp from Beechwood trees that are grown via rejuvenation. Beechwood trees are also resistant to pests and environmental threats meaning they don’t require the chemicals used on cotton to protect it from insects.
This pulp is then processed into a fibre and spun into yarns. 95% of the resources used in this process are collected and repurposed.
From here, we send the fabric to our Factory in Turkey who is certified by the Global Organic Textiles Standard and runs their operations from solar power. They also plant 1000 trees a year to offset their carbon footprint. Like we said, we really are doing everything to ensure we doing everything we can for the environment.
This is where Debriefs are cut and sown into the product we ship directly to you.

1. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We also accept PayPal.
Please note that all prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). International orders are subject to currency conversion at the time of purchase.
We do not accept personal checks, PayPal Credit, or money orders.
1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation is received.
Australian orders are shipped via Couriers Please or Australia Post and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days.
All other international orders are shipped via Toll and are estimated to arrive within 3-10 business days. Duties, taxes and associated fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Tracking information is provided for all orders so you can follow your order from our door to yours.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all Australian orders.
For shipping to New Zealand, USA and Canada, there is a flat rate of $15. For everywhere else in the world, there is a flat rate of $20.
3. Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the world and everything is shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Depending on your shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes or other fees charged by your local customs.
4. What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 60 days of you receiving the product if they are unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them.
Items purchased as a membership may be exchanged for a different style or size while stock lasts.
If you have purchased the incorrect size and have already worn your Debriefs, please still contact us so we can do our best to assist you.
1. How do I swap my pair of Debriefs?
You will always have full control over your membership so in the event we select a pair that just doesn’t fit your style, you can swap it out for a different pair up to 3 days before your designated ship date.
All you need to do is login to your account page and head to the subscriptions section.
2. How do I cancel my membership?
If you would like to cancel your monthly membership, you will need to login to your account and head to the subscription section.
From there you will find an option to “Manage my subscription” where you can unsubscribe.
3. How do you pick what to send me?
We choose what we ship to you each month based on the selections you make when joining our membership program. Based on that, we carefully select what to send you out of all the prints in that range.
We’ll do our best to pick the undies we think you’ll love, while also considering what’s in stock and what you have already received.
You will also be the first to receive exclusive new prints when they are released.
4. Can I gift a membership to someone?
Yes of course, a membership is a great gift for a loved one.
The best way to gift a membership is to create an account for your family member or friend, set the billing address for yourself and set the shipping address directly to them!
You will maintain control over the subscription for it’s duration so you can select what they receive, skip a month, or cancel at any time.
5. Can I skip a month?
If you would like to skip a month, you just need to login to your account and select the subscriptions option from the tabs. From there you can select to skip a month at any time.
6. How does the membership program work?
Sign up to a Debriefs membership and you will get a fresh pair of undies every month, whilst saving up to 23%!
You are never locked in, so you can switch plans, skip a month, or cancel any time.

7. When am I charged for my membership?
We will process payment for your membership on the same day every month, based on the date you signed up.
If we can’t process payment on that day, we will try again the next day and notify you if payment is still unsuccessful.
If you wish to change the day that you receive your Debriefs each month, you can do so in the My Account section of the website.
